Argentium Silver (935) is a premium Sterling Silver that does not turn black as normal Sterling Silver does when it tarnishes... it takes on a Platinum patina. This is due to an added alloy, Germanium.
Gold Filled Wire (Yellow or Rose Gold) is guaranteed to look as good as it does the day you purchase it! Gold Filled, or gold overlay, is made by heat and pressure bonding a layer of 14 K to a center core of brass. This Karat gold covers the brass surface. The value of gold-filled is greater than gold-plated because gold-filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film. This gold metal looks and preforms like solid 14K but is more durable and affordable making it a great alternative.
How do I size my wrist to guarantee that the bracelet I order will be the proper size?
If you purchase bracelets that always fit... then you are a standard size! If your bracelet is always too big or small then take a few minutes to measure the exact size over your wrist bone using a flexible measuring tape or print off the measuring tape we provide. Do not add or subtract anything to the measurement, we have a formula to take care of insuring that your bracelet will fit you perfectly!
How long does it take to receive my jewelry item?
Although we are a small cottage business, we try to custom create your Treasure From Heaven bracelet order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually fulfilled in 3-5 days with the exception of gemstones or metals being out of stock. If you have a close deadline approaching for a special occasion, please let us know and we will do our best to assure you have your item in time. All items ship USPS, with a notification and tracking number being sent to you by text at the time of shipping. We have already mailed orders while in route to shows, so we will do our best to accommodate your special celebration needs.
What if I have my own loose stone?
Many customers have purchased gemstone on cruises, at gem shows or through gifts. We would be happy to make your stone into a beautiful jewelry item. Please send a picture of your gemstone with dimensions to us for verification that the gemstone will work in the setting you desire. We will communicate with you if there is a problem and work with you on a different choice, if need be.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us a quick email stating what the problem is. All jewelry is handcrafted and guaranteed against defects. Keep in mind we use the finest gemstones and material available, due to the nature of natural gemstones, slight variations may exist making each gemstone unique in character and nature. Jewelry items have a 30 day money back guarantee. After contacting us by email, just return the item with the tag still attached for a full refund within 30 days from date of delivery. Please keep in mind that since we were founded in 1993, we stand behind our products and have a very loyal customer base that sends us new customers and makes additional purchases themselves to add to their jewelry desires. If for some reason, you have concerns with your Custom Order item, please contact us by email with your concerns so they can be addresses and resolved. Satisfaction Guaranteed.
Do you do custom work?
We love doing custom work to suit your jewelry needs. Keep in mind, we also participate in Art and Craft Shows so the turn around time will be dependent on the custom work and our show schedule. While at our shows, we check for orders and create them at the show if they are in the Treasures From Heaven Collection.
You may return jewelry, unworn items, with tag still attached, within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more in Continental USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, the time frame you need this item to arrive, and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We prefer to ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail but can at time ship through a different carrier for an additional fee.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
